How to download and install IncrediMail 2
IncrediMail 2 is available on the IncrediMail website in English as well as a few other languages.
- First navigate to the website by clicking here.
- Choose the language you prefer from the list on the right side of the webpage, and click the Full Setup 'Click to download' link.
- Choose 'Save File', and follow the directions to install.
If you've downloaded the IncrediMail installation file, but need help installing, please do the following:
- Double-click on the 'IncrediMailSetup.exe' file to open, and click 'OK' if it asks.
- In the Security window, you will see a link (IncrediMail Ltd.) which will allow you to view the IncrediMail Security Certificate, so you know your IncrediMail installation is genuine and safe! Click the 'Run' button to continue.
- Now follow the instructions to install!
Is there a Macintosh/Apple version of IncrediMail?
Currently IncrediMail is not compatible with Macintosh computers or devices. You will need to install IncrediMail on a computer running Windows 32bit Xp or higher.

Can I downgrade to an older IncrediMail Build or Version?
We apologize for the inconvenience, however downgrading IncrediMail (including IncrediMail Beta versions) is not possible. Different IncrediMail versions use a different file structure and storage method for messages, and downgrading will cause damage or complete loss to your data.
Since we are continually improving our product, upgrading is always recommended, and similar to other software, you cannot downgrade to an earlier version.

How do check for the latest version?
To check if your IncrediMail is the latest version:
- Either click the 'Help' menu, and then 'About IncrediMail 2.0'.
- You can also click the 'Tools' menu (marked in red) and then 'Options' (marked in blue).
Under the 'Advanced' tab (marked below in red), click the 'Check for Updates' button (marked below in green).
Please Note: If you have the latest version, you will see the 'You are using the latest version available' message.
Can I set IncrediMail to automatically check for Updates?
In order to be alerted about IncrediMail updates, click the 'Tools' menu and then 'Options' (as shown below).
Under the 'Advanced' tab (marked below in red), click the 'Automatic Update...' button (marked below in blue).
From here you can choose from three Update Level choices (marked in red below):
- Critical - Notify me only of new critical updates
- Recommended - Notify me of new major updates
- Optional - Notify me of every new update
What is Error Message 4320 when attempting to Update?
If you see this Error Message when attempting to upgrade IncrediMail from the program, please download your IncrediMail updates directly from the website.

What are the Browser Requirements for IncrediMail 2?
Since IncrediMail is a stand-alone Email Client, your general browser does not affect IncrediMail performance. Please make sure you have Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher installed, as IncrediMail uses several of its components to work.

The Letter Creator feature is already included in your IncrediMail program (it does not need to be downloaded), and you can try it out 10 times before needing to purchase a Subscription. That way, you can try the program to see if you like it!

Is IncrediMail Xe compatible with my Windows version?
IncrediMail Xe is an older version of IncrediMail that is no longer available for download, therefore no newer builds will be released.
If you are an IncrediMail Xe User, you may install on Windows Vista or lower, however it is not fully compatible with Windows 7.

The IncrediMail MediaBar 2 Toolbar is a handy feature that will assist you in searching the internet, as well as alerting you of new messages even when your IncrediMail is closed!
