Q: How do I transfer all of my IncrediMail files and settings to another computer? A: Whether you are formatting your computer, upgrading your operating system, or changing your computer altogether, you don't have to worry about losing all your email messages, folders, contacts, or email account settings. Using IncrediMail's 'Data and Settings Transfer' feature, you can easily transfer all your files and settings to your new IncrediMail installation so that your email messages and email account settings are restored just as they were in the original program. IncrediMail's 'Data and Settings Transfer' saves your IncrediMail data in sequential 700MB files which can then be easily transferred from one computer to another using standard CDs. Note: If your IncrediMail data is saved in more than one 700MB file, you must copy all files before attempting to retrieve your IncrediMail data. To transfer your IncrediMail files and settings, please follow these steps: In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'File' menu (marked in red), scroll down to 'Data and Settings Transfer Wizard' (marked in blue) and select 'Export Data and Settings' (marked in green). At this point, the 'Export Data and Settings' dialog opens. Click 'Next' (marked in red) to continue. At this point, IncrediMail suggests a location to save your data.
