Contacts are Email Addresses you have added to your Address Book, and can be accessed by clicking the 'Contacts' icon in your main IncrediMail window. They will appear under the first 'Contacts' tab (as marked below).
The Popular Tab
Popular are the email addresses in your Address Book that you most often correspond with.

The Suggested Tab
IncrediMail 2’s Address Book has been expanded slightly. It includes 'Suggested' contacts, which are email addresses that are not actually in your Address Book.
These addresses are contacts you sent a message to, or messages you received with images in them. IncrediMail 2 displays them in case you'd like to add them quickly and easily to your Contacts list.
You can easily delete these by selecting them, and hitting the 'Delete' key.
Please Note: These Contacts are not in your Contact list, and are completely separate from your regular Address Book Contacts.
The Groups Tab
Groups are collections of email addresses in the Address Book that make it easier to send messages to multiple recipients. You can create groups for Family, Friends, Work and more.
In addition, IncrediMail will suggest Groups that you have emailed three times or more. 'Suggested Groups' are displayed near the bottom of the Groups tab, under the dotted line.
