Q : Làm thế nào để tôi sửa hay xóa một tài khoản email hiện có ?

A: Đôi khi, tính chất tài khoản email , chẳng hạn như mật khẩu tài khoản của bạn hoặc tên người dùng , có thể thay đổi hoặc bạn có thể muốn loại bỏ tài khoản email cũ mà bạn không còn sử dụng . Bạn có thể dễ dàng chỉnh sửa cài đặt tài khoản email của bạn hay loại bỏ tài khoản email cũ , bằng cách làm theo các bước dưới đây .

Để chỉnh sửa một tài khoản email , hãy làm theo các bước sau:

Trong cửa sổ chính của IncrediMail, nhấp vào trình đơn "Tools" và chọn " Email Account..."' .

Tại thời điểm này , thoại ' Mail Accounts'  sẽ mở ra. Chọn tài khoản email mà bạn muốn chỉnh sửa và nhấp vào ' Properties' ( đánh dấu màu đỏ ) .

Tại thời điểm này , thoại Properties sẽ mở ra. Chọn tab có liên quan, ' Genral ', ' Severs ' hoặc 'Advanced ' ( đánh dấu màu đỏ ) và thay đổi bất kỳ cài đặt tài khoản theo yêu cầu. Nhấp vào ' OK' ( đánh dấu màu xanh ) để đóng hộp thoại Properties .

Để xóa một tài khoản email , hãy làm theo các bước sau:

Trong cửa sổ chính của IncrediMail, nhấp vào trình đơn "Tools" và chọn " Tài khoản Email ... ' .

Tại thời điểm này , thoại ' Tài khoản Mail " sẽ mở ra. Chọn tài khoản email mà bạn muốn xóa và nhấp vào ' Remove ' ( đánh dấu màu đỏ )

 Một khi bạn đã gỡ bỏ hoặc chỉnh sửa tài khoản email của bạn , chỉ cần đóng hộp thoại ' Tài khoản Mail và tiếp tục sử dụng IncrediMail .

Q: How do I edit or remove an existing email account?

A: At times, email account properties, such as your account password or username, may change or you may want to remove old email accounts that you no longer use. You can easily edit your email account settings or remove old email accounts, by following the steps below.

To edit an email account, follow these steps:

In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Email Accounts...'.

At this point, the 'Mail Accounts' dialog opens. Select the email account you would like to edit and click 'Properties' (marked in red).

At this point, the account 'Properties' dialog opens. Select the relevant tab, 'General', 'Servers' or 'Advanced' (marked in red) and change any account settings as required. Click 'OK' (marked in blue) to close the 'Properties' dialog.

To remove an email account, follow these steps:

In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Email Accounts...'.     

At this point, the 'Mail Accounts' dialog opens. Select the email account you wish to remove and click 'Remove' (marked in red).
